To compute precise planetary coordinates, birth charts, and custom Vedic predictions, we collect the following information during the checkout process:
- Full Name: Required to personalize your charts, calculations, and astrologer remarks.
- Date of Birth (DOB): Critical for plotting planetary positions, house placements, and dasha sequences.
- Time of Birth (TOB): Vital for establishing your correct Ascendant (Lagna) and dividing houses accurately.
- Place of Birth (POB): Used to calculate the exact latitude, longitude, and timezone offsets.
- Mobile Number: Required to dispatch the completed Kundali PDF report via WhatsApp.
- Email Address: Required to send a backup copy of the PDF report and order confirmation.
2. Purpose of Collection
Your details are processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Formulating and generating your personalized birth chart (Kundali) PDF report.
- Facilitating the complementary 1-on-1 astrologer follow-up consultation on WhatsApp.
- Processing secure checkout transactions through our payment gateway.
- Providing transactional notifications, updates, and customer support.
3. Third Party Sharing
We respect your privacy. We do NOT sell, trade, lease, or share your personal birth metrics or contact details with any third-party marketing companies under any circumstances. All transactions are securely handled using authorized gateways (Razorpay), and communications are delivered through secured systems.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal birth metrics and generated PDF reports for exactly 12 months in our secure, encrypted database. This allows you to redownload your report, seek support, or use the complementary WhatsApp consultation. After exactly 12 months, all birth metrics are automatically and permanently purged from our servers.
